How to make yourself additional User Copies on your PC,

1).	Verify that the original software download is functional. You will need the User Password provided when notified that the download was available. Click-Open your Master Excel workbook, accept the EULA, enter your User Password and you should then be able to access the Main Menu.
2).	Exit-Save, the original software download for future use. By completing this step you now have a Master Excel workbook which will simply need to be saved under different file names for each separate location that you would like to track and monitor. Do not change you Master Excel workbook name due to the fact that all software updates will make reference to this file name.
3).	Re-Open, the Master Excel workbook. At this point in time you may begin creating multiple workbooks for multiple locations. Simply re-open your Master Excel workbook, Log-into the program, Click "File" on the Excel Toolbar, Click, "Save As", enter a New File Name, Click "Save" and then Exit the program. A usable workbook has now been created.

Helpful Tip....
If tracking multiple locations create a second Master Copy with the Standardized Maintenance & Menu packages pre-loaded and use this file for creating multiple location-folders, thus eliminating the re-entry of package descriptions.
Rename this second master copy prior to saving the file.
